Orders form the UK are sent 1st class signed for. UK shipping starts from £3.10. UK orders are shipped within 3 days, and should arrive within 7-10 working days. If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks, get in touch via the means above.

 

US Orders

 

Orders the US are shipped tracked as standard. US shipping starts at £9.50. US orders are shipped within 3 days, and should arrive within 25 working days of shipping. If you haven’t received your order within 40 days of ordering, get in touch via the means above.

International Orders

 

Orders outside of the UK and US are shipped tracked as standard. International shipping outside the US starts at £9.70. International orders are shipped within 3 days, and should arrive within 25 working days of shipping. If you haven’t received your order within 40 days of ordering, get in touch via the means above.

Age Restrictions

 

Our resin components/kits are not toys and are unsuitable for anyone under the age of 15.

 

Refunds and Returns

 

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like a refund get in touch via the means above. Please note however, that our resin models do require a certain level of model making experience and will require removal from the sprue with sharp tools and some minimal preparation due to the moulding and casting process. You will not qualify for a return or refund if you undertake any modelling work, undercoat or paint the item in question. If you feel your circumstances are not covered by the above, get in touch to discuss it further, ultimately refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
